We are delighted with our new single storey rear extension. This was completed to a high standard and the quality of workmanship from all the different trades was outstanding. Bruce and his team were pleasant to have around, very good at keeping us informed throughout the process, taking our minor adjustments in their stride and managing to keep the disruption to a minimum. We started to talk to Bruce spring 2019. When we were ready to push the button he and his team responded really well. The quality of the work could not be faulted. They were on site early every morning and cracked on with the odd short break for a well earned cup of tea. They were courteous and put up with our sometimes unreasonable requests with good humour . The site was left clean and tidy. There were no hidden surprises and they kept us updated as to progress, They also worked well with all the other trades and our own kitchen fitter. We could not fault them and would have no hesitation in recommending them. Great with dogs as well, Lucy our aged labrador loved them to bits.

We have recently (May 2024) had our bungalow loft conversion project - 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms - completed by Bruce and his team. I couldn't recommend them highly enough - Bruce, Ben and Alex. All work was completed to a high standard both by the aforementioned team and all the trades that Bruce brought in to finish off the job. Clearly Bruce has a good working relationship with these. Bruce was always approachable with questions and the job was completed with good humour, despite the persistent wet weather delaying the removal of the roof (and also despite Bruce being a Man Utd fan!). We were able to remain living in our bungalow during the work, and to this end Bruce worked around us to some extent, taking in to consideration our morning routine and school run times etc. Now it is complete the additional space has transformed our way of living. Currently we are still calling it "the hotel upstairs". We hope to have Bruce back again in a couple of years to do a kitchen extension.
